Do you want to make a direct impact while sharing your passion with others? Guidefitter is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who eats, sleeps, & breathes hunting, fishing and the outdoors and is excited about the opportunity to grow as a marketer. This is an entry-level position that will assist with new & ongoing marketing campaigns while working alongside the marketing team to meet Guidefitter’s marketing & business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate regularly with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Manager
• Assist in the process of creating and building email campaigns based on the marketing calendar
• Plan and write organic social copy (Instagram, Facebook)
• Support proactive customer growth campaigns including staffing events, working with partner brands to encourage employee sign-ups, and leading the Guidefitter referral program.
• Assist with other miscellaneous marketing responsibilities.
