You:

A growth marketing specialist with years of experience who can think both strategically and creatively to introduce Boost to the creator economy and cutting edge brands.

Duties:

• Leverage paid and organic channels to drive user growth, including but not limited to; influencer marketing, creator partnerships, content creation, social media, gen Z initiatives, digital events, referral programs and partnerships.

• Develop and oversee all marketing strategies, tactics and teams, including email, SMS, social, advertising, collaborations and education to drive user acquisition and grow followers across all supported channels.

• Establish a partnership network and manage relationships at the highest levels with key accounts, brands, influencers and creators.

• Deeply understand our customers and identify opportunities for experimentation, growth, and optimization at every stage of their lifecycle.

• Analyze, measure, and report on all campaigns, developing a clear POV on takeaways, next steps, and potential optimizations.

• Collaborate closely with Leadership, Social & Product teams to build and launch coordinated campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business goals.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in digital growth marketing, with a proven history of building and executing successful growth strategies at consumer internet companies.

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, influencer marketing and social media campaigns.

• You have a network of brands and influencers that you've worked with in the past.

• You take ownership, move fast, and know how to get things done.

• You’re a creative thinker with an eye for good design.

• You have excellent written, oral, and social interpersonal skills across multiple audiences and methods.
