Social Media/Influencer Marketing Specialist

Delta Children is looking for a Social Media/Influencer Marketing Specialist to join its growing marketing department in New York City.

This role offers an exciting opportunity on our team and allows for direct, hands-on experience working with influencers, social media, e-commerce, marketing, branding and the chance to learn about a booming industry. The candidate will be working directly with decision makers and contributing daily to improve the company’s brand recognition. We’re looking for a team player who is also a quick learner, detail oriented, and highly organized.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Strategy and outreach to social media influencers and mommy bloggers
• Manage deliverables and asset approvals with influencers to enhance branding strategy and content library
• Curate content and build calendar for social media channels
• Research strategies to increase following and engagement across social media channels
• Help develop presentations for marketing and sales teams
• Researching social, digital, and e-commerce trends and best practices
• Competitor and industry trend research

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a must (specifically PowerPoint)
• Experienced in all social media channels
• Influencer marketing experience
• Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (a plus!!)
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
