Compensation: $55,000 to $60,000 Annually

Nike Communications, a leading luxury lifestyle agency, is looking to add an Influencer Marketing Associate to its Digital Lab team.

You would be joining a close-knit team of social media enthusiasts, and you can look forward to collaboration and creativity from a hands-on group of team members who will work with you to achieve client successes as well as your personal growth goals.

For the nitty-gritty, the responsibilities of the role may include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee influencers during the execution of content creation and amplification campaigns from initial talent sourcing to content briefing, final content reviews, posting and reporting.
  • Day to day account management, including the creation of influencer trackers, reporting, recaps, filing images, capturing all social content, call agendas, invoices, budget management etc.
  • Research, locate and engage potential influencers across all channels to build a pipeline of talent for clients.
  • Manage product for influencer sampling opportunities on behalf of all clients.
  • Assist in maintaining & reconciling accurate and timely budgets.
  • Assist with influencer creative briefs for photo/video shoots and be available to staff on-site if needed.
  • Assist with planning and executing influencer events that coordinate with branded initiatives and offer organic content opportunities for partners and consumers.
  • Curate guest lists for influencer events: oversee outreach, negotiation, contracting and assist with post approvals for all guests
  • Assist with first-line event coordination when on-site for activation (RSVPS, check in, talent management)
  • Create and maintain trusting relationships with the internal teams and clients.

Ideally, you would have:

  • Minimum 2-years professional experience at either an agency, brand, or digital property
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ambitious, proactive, and a quick learner
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of entire Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Photoshop, and analytic-based platforms
  • Video and photo editing skills a plus
  • Network of influencers and content creators a plus
