Lili is seeking for a Social Media and Influencer Marketing manager to join our team.

In this role you will be part of the marketing team and will manage all social channels activity, engagement and influencers promotions across digital channels.

You’ll be a major player in the company's growth efforts:

- Ideate and manage content for all of Lili’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)

- Engage with our community and customers on social media

- Collaborate with our customers service team and our marketing for brand management purposes

- Identify and connect with potential social media influencers

- Plan, execute and measure annual plans, engage, optimize and develop new social activities to reach companies growth targets while focusing on high quality engaging content at scale.

This role will involve you being both operative (hands on) and strategic. It’s all about your voice.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of social media and content marketing experience, preferably for Millennials and Gen-Z audience
  • Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors
  • Excellent design, copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience building and scaling brand social media accounts
  • Candidates will have experience building communities across relevant social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitch, Twitter and more
  • Experience building communities online and offline (advantage)
  • Previous experience in Fintech (advantage)

This position is in New York City and will report to the Head of Content.
