Marketing Intern

Summary: We’re looking for a highly motivated intern to work on corporate, brand and operational initiatives within NFP’s marketing department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Main Focus

  • Assist in joint marketing/technology/sales enablement large scale project of document storage migration including: cataloging of materials, creation of hierarchy and build out within platform(s).
  • Pardot/SalesForce Integration Support – depending on status of new hire, support external Pardot campaign execution, communications and SalesForce integration/tracking
  • Analyzation of corporate communications calendar in terms of data and analytics

Sub Focus

  • Provide support for business line across newsletters, website updates and additional requests
  • Influencer Marketing Research – conduct research and make a recommendation to support brand partnerships with influencers in the HR and Financial Planning space
  • Lead Gen/Demand Gen Research – B2B companies running successful lead gen programs and the elements within.
  • Podcast Research – conduct research and share ideas on how we can expand promotion, branding and packaging of our podcasts.
  • Workplace/Teams analysis- and support on plan for differentiating and promoting each
  • Client surveys – research competition and come up with suggested questions when sending surveys to clients
  • Trend report and thought leadership research

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Proficient in writing and editing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented self-starter who can independently manage deadlines
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Ability to work autonomously and use critical thinking
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Education and/or Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a four year university pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related discipline
  • Prefer junior or senior level student
