With a database of more than 3 million global influencers, Tagger allows its many clients such as Pepsi, Estee Lauder, Jaguar/Land Rover, P&G, Diageo, Olay, Warner Music Group, Twitter, Mediacom, and Ketchum PR to identify the best influencer partnerships and effectively measure their campaigns' success to maximize ROI.

THE ROLE

The Account Executive will serve as a key growth driver for agencies, brands and media companies based in the Eastern Region. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to help convert clients interested in Influencer Marketing solutions and audience social media planning. This role will report to the Head of Sales based in Toronto, ON.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively manage the pipeline and growth of a portfolio of top customers tracking in Salesforce. Customer focus includes Agencies (PR, digital, creative, talent and traditional), Brands, and Media Companies
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Constantly assess, clarify, and validate customer growth needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to “read a room” and present the Tagger value prop effectively
  • Apply strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking
  • Establish a strategic relationship with customers and key executive decision makers.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to
  • evangelize Tagger's product offering to clients, and meet client expectations and
  • performance objectives
  • Identify new opportunities and collaborate with the Tagger team to ensure full contract
  • renewal and continued growth
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers
  • and common objectives to craft a best in class Tagger pitch highlighting product features
  • and associated benefits to address customer needs
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity
  • Meet other key account objectives defined by company management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of prior experience as a successful Sales Executive, ideally within social, data, ad tech or SaaS company. Agency experiences preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of hitting numbers and delivering great solutions for your client base.
  • Proven experience with technical product demos
  • Full-cycle Sale Experience from Strategy, Prospecting to Close
  • Ability to hit the ground running in the NY and East Coast Market
  • Excel at building relationships internally and externally to drive incremental business, value
  • and revenue
  • Must be versed in SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and analytical
  • skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure and often on your own
  • initiative
  • Strong business acumen, as well as technical aptitude
  • Be highly enthusiastic about Tagger’s products and services and willing to promote the
  • company at any opportunity
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
