Influencer Marketing Manager

You have a hunger for growing a brand with a strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics, channels and tactics. Job Description
· Collaborate with influencer and affiliate agencies + talent partners to manage programs end-to-end and hit performance targets across existing and new channels
· Develop our cross-channel influencer marketing strategy (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Podcast, etc.) as it relates to our primary site and our blog
· Create a scalable system to identify, select, recruit and manage a growing network of influencers and brand ambassadors
· Develop a robust set of brand overview materials and content guidelines to leverage while promoting our brand across channels
· Manage influencer and affiliate communications and coordinate all posting logistics, including contract negotiation, product sampling, Q&As, content approvals, etc.
· Analyze influencer performance, report out findings regularly, and optimize high-performers into core promoters
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in influencer marketing
- Experience with D2C brands and/or subscription business models a plus
- Extensive knowledge of direct response marketing campaigns and industry best-practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in written and verbal English
- Fluent in Excel, with a strong bias towards analytical thinking; familiar with E-commerce metrics
- Hunger for growth – motivated by hitting weekly metric targets, able to think creatively and identify real-time areas of opportunity to meet goals
- Design experience or familiarity with Adobe CC a plus
We are currently working remote, but upon return, this position will be based in our NYC office. We’re unable to sponsor visas or work permits at this stage.
