We are looking for a very detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns across all platforms, streamlining all communication with our influencer partners, and as supporting the team in developing innovative and thoughtful strategies for current and potential clients
Job Responsibilities:
- Have an active understanding of influencer/digital marketing knowledge & social media trends
- Recommend influencer partners for our clients and build relationships with established and up-and-coming content creators and talent managers to make sure they’re the right fit for the brand
- Assist in developing campaign materials including creative briefs, key messages and content guidelines
- Serve as main point of contact for both influencers and client throughout the campaign and post campaign follow up, ensuring content approvals and launch dates are met accordingly
- Measure success of influencer initiatives, delivering reports and recommendations for future programs for both organic and paid portions of the campaign
- Maintain status documents, invoicing and processing payments

Profile and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 of digital media experience in a client facing role
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
- A highly motivated professional with a proven track record in a client facing role
- Experience managing client communication and expectations in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience in paid social is preferred
