Strategic Partner Manager, Creators - Fashion
Meta is seeking a results-driven Strategic Partner Manager to lead relationships with fashion creators across Instagram and Facebook and Meta products. This role owns a portfolio of high-value fashion creator partnerships, working to deepen their presence, product adoption, and monetization on Meta platforms.
The SPM will act as a trusted advisor to creators and their representation, while serving as the key cross-functional partner for Fashion within Global Partnerships — connecting creator needs to Product, Marketing, and Comms.
This is a highly cross-functional, externally-facing role that requires deep fashion industry fluency, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate with autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Strategic Partner Manager, Creators - Fashion Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of ~250 strategic fashion creator relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive product adoption, content investment, and monetization outcomes for creators on Meta platforms
- Build executive-level relationships with creators, talent management, and representation across the fashion industry
- Serve as a key cross-functional POC for Fashion — partnering with Product, Marketing, Comms, Sales, and Policy to translate creator needs into internal action
- Design and land tentpole moments and programs tied to key fashion industry events (Fashion Weeks, awards)
- Drive adoption of Meta's creator monetization and commerce products within the fashion vertical
- Provide structured market and competitive intelligence on fashion creator sentiment, platform preference, and emerging trends to inform product and GP leadership
- Represent Meta externally at industry events and evangelize the creator opportunity
- Track, measure, and report on portfolio health and partnership impact against goals
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, talent management, creator/influencer marketing, media, entertainment, or a related field
- Experience working directly with creators, talent, agencies, or representation
- Demonstrated experience building and managing external relationships
- Experience influencing and driving alignment across cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Comms)
- Communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior external stakeholders
- Experience operating with a high degree of autonomy in a time-sensitive, ever-changing environment with multiple competing priorities
- Analytical skills, with experience using data to prioritize a portfolio and measure partnership impact
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and executing creator programs tied to major industry moments (e.g. Fashion Week activations)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Familiarity with Meta's creator products including monetization tools, and commerce surfaces
- Established network across fashion creators and creator representatives and management firms
- Understanding of the competitive creator platform landscape (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snap)
- Direct experience in the fashion industry — brands, publishers, agencies, talent management, or fashion media
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience managing a portfolio at scale (250+ relationships) with a tiered engagement model
