Role overview
Based in New York City, this role will be responsible for driving local brand relevance, sports marketing, and key activations—translating global strategy into impactful local execution.
You will report to the Global Brand Partnerships & Communications Manager HQ in Stockholm with a dotted line to Global Head of Marketing & Communications and play a critical role in building brand presence and cultural relevance in the US. You will be part of the Global Marketing Steering Team.
Key responsibilities
Strategy & execution
- Define and execute the US Marketing & PR strategy, aligned with global direction and brand strategy
- Ensure strong local adaptation to drive relevance, awareness, and growth
Sports marketing & partnerships
- Lead and develop sports marketing initiatives in the US, with a focus on golf, based on the global strategy and direction from HQ
- Act as one of the point of contact for US-based athletes and ambassadors
- Drive partnerships and visibility within the US sports ecosystem
Activations, PR & brand presence
- Plan and execute local sports and lifestyle activations to build brand heat & Sell-through across all consumer touchpoints
- Work closely with the external PR agency to drive US-specific PR initiatives
- Identify opportunities to increase presence within key cultural moments and communities
- Influencer marketing & PR seeding: Lead the local influencer program in collaboration with the influencer platform. Note: This role requires hands-on execution, including packing and shipping seeding products.
- Meetings with press, ambassadors, and talent in the showroom, including fittings.
Commercial & cross-functional collaboration
- Partner closely with the global eCom team & Channel Marketing Manager to plan and execute GTM initiatives across eCom and with key US wholesale accounts across Key Accounts, Green Grass and Resorts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams to ensure consistency and impact
Content & production support
- Support the Content Team in the execution of athlete-related photo shoots and content production in the US
Team leadership
- Lead and develop the role Brand Activations Lead, US
- Build a high-performance, hands-on team culture with strong ownership and execution focus
Qalifications
- 5+ years of experience within sports marketing and PR, ideally from a premium golf or lifestyle brand
- Strong understanding of the US market, with an established network in sports and media
- Golf knowledge and network is highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead local activations, partnerships, and PR initiatives

Working hours:
9.00 – 18.00 (flex 8.00-17.00/9.00-18.00). Atm Hybrid office policy (3 days office/2 days wfh)
