TikTok’s Creator Solutions team is committed to promoting innovative, creator-led marketing solutions that allow brands to succeed on our platform. This role will be responsible for expanding the opportunity for impactful creator collaborations efficiently across large pools of creators and clients. The job requires a builder who can grow TikTok’s creator business within the Growth and SMB advertiser segments while constructing efficient educational programs that lift marketers and agencies to full self-sufficiency in their creator campaigns. Relevant candidates will be astute strategists who can map out TikTok’s role within the larger influencer marketing ecosystem and keen operators who relentlessly solve client problems to achieve measurable results. Reporting to TikTok’s Head of Creator Solutions, this role will be a trusted partner in equipping all advertisers on the platform with the ability to tap the ingenuity and marketing power of TikTok creators.

Candidates must have experience overseeing micro-influencer campaigns at scale, and they should be prepared to discuss how they achieved efficiencies in connecting advertisers with social talent. They should be equally comfortable drafting a white paper on effective creator strategies as advising a product manager on metadata needs to solve creator discovery issues. The position is open to based in New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, or Austin, TX.

What you'll do:

• Lead diverse Scaled Activations team, consisting of analysts, operations specialists and client strategists, toward holistic goal of growing TikTok’s share of branded content investments

• Develop and improve solutions to foster creator partnerships with Growth and SMB advertisers

• Support and advise product team for TikTok Creator Marketing Solutions to increase market adoption of TikTok’s creator partnership tools and platforms

• Partner with Ecosystem Partnerships team to strengthen and streamline clients’ creator partnership options via specialized agencies, measurement firms and other Marketing Partners

• Partner with Brand Strategy team to augment and enhance core TikTok marketing narratives with relevant creator insights and case studies

• Coordinate with Business Intelligence teams to source relevant data and shape insights around TikTok creator communities for thought leadership and client collateral

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in social or creator-led marketing, with a focus on micro-influencers or other scaled partnership solutions

• Basic familiarity with social auction buying and organic-to-paid creator content strategies, especially in support of performance marketing clients

• Experience partnering with product teams to develop software-enabled marketing tools that function at large scale

• Entrepreneurial leader who is able to articulate a strong vision in the face of ambiguous market signals and galvanize a team to deliver against it

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting in front of large ad industry audiences

• Disruptive thinker who isn’t afraid to take chances and defy convention in order to achieve desired results

Preferred skills:

• Demonstrated thought leadership around leading micro-influencer strategies

• Experience with media research, measurement, or research design
