Influencer Relations Specialist

At Quotient we are transforming shopping to make life better. To do so, we are adding an Influencer Relations Specialist to the team!
We aim to create strong and lasting relationships with digital content creators in the influencer space. Helping our content partners succeed will ultimately help the Quotient Social Influencer Network.
This role is a unique blend of creative strategy, problem solving, and management of margins. This individual would be responsible for working across internal teams (client success, project management, and sales directors) to hand-select Digital Content Creators or Influencers to produce content in partnership with our Brand Clients.
Within this role, you will be required to “wear many hats,” including research and recruitment to source new partners and grow the overall Quotient Social Influencer Network, problem solve to ensure our clients and creators are pleased with the final content, assure our partners are sticking to the project brief, and create educational materials to help our partners succeed within their own personal business.
During the course of a day, you may find yourself strategically selecting Influencers for specific Brand Clients or helping our sales team make recommendations during the proposal stage. To be successful in this role, you need to have strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically across many verticals of digital platforms and content. You will act as our team’s “quality assurance.” Having a creative background is a plus—ie. photography experience, basic understanding of strong composition, and a discerning eye for quality creative.
This is an entry-level position.

What You’ll Bring
- Up to 2 Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Experience with Influencer Marketing and Blogger Partnerships
- Passion for Social Media
- Creative Skillset – creative background a plus
- Attention to detail and can juggle many tasks
- Positive mindset with a can-do, solution-oriented attitude
- Personal experience with/knowledge of social media/influencer and brand relationships
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
