    Our Product:

    This position is pro bono unpaid part-time remote work at the start; after being funded, the team member will be compensated for their work and will become paid full-time job.     The role:

    Solution is seeking a Content Manager with digital marketing experience to build and lead our Go-To-Market content strategy. You will select and publish content across our corporate assets, including Facebook and LinkedIn pages, Twitter account, and website. As part of the role, you will develop the inbound marketing strategy, including syndication of content that covers various topics, such as education, health, climate change, discrimination and technology. The ideal candidate is a builder who thinks out of the box and loves to create a new path to achieve business goals. He has strong organizational and time management skills.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Selecting materials to publish, create and write content
    • Determining which content to post on which sites and social media platforms
    • Recommend and deploy MarTech tools to increase inbound marketing capabilities
    • Sending regular feedback to copywriters
    • Collaborating with copyeditors to ensure the quality of articles before publishing
    • Maintain brand consistency and quality while facilitating the flow of content delivery
    • Create valuable content for blogs and other channels (including website and social media)
    • Project manage initiatives with other parties for copywriting, videography, photography, etc.
    • Edit existing content for clarity, spelling, and grammar
    • Analyze content strategy and strategize new initiatives to drive improvement
    • Implement influencer marketing and syndication strategy
    • Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and its application in content writing
    • Deploy MarTech to build the infrastructure for testing, attribution, automation, and audience management
    • Remain current on market and media trends and the effects to Twitch, identifying the latest opportunities for efficiency and scale
    • Be the expert in performance-based marketing and recommend new digital performance opportunities based on the evolving digital advertising landscape

    Requirements:

    • You have a minimum of 10+ years as a Content Manager building and delivering highly successful and innovative GTM strategies
    • Hands-on leadership experience managing digital media platforms and partners across multiple geographies and evaluating strategic media relationships
    • You have vision & execution, have a can-do attitude, and get things done
    • Proven success driving initiatives to help enhance organic channel growth, brand authority and reputation, and ultimately organic sales
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and grammatical skills
    • Highly detail-oriented, a perfectionist at heart
    • Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit, you are customer-obsessed.
    • You take over complex challenges and invent and simplify to implement the right solutions
    • You have proven your ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members, and C-level executive
