Influencer Marketing Lead

Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with senior marketing leadership, define the strategy and execution of the influencer program
- Build, manage and lead a team of Influencer Marketing Managers to exceed performance goals
- Assist your team with strategy related to product launches and major marketing campaigns
- Develop and manage influencer-focused project timelines
- Assist with copy and creative execution regarding influencer-focused initiatives
- Report on the influencer marketing program’s monthly and quarterly performance to senior leadership
- Ad hoc campaign ideation
- Stay “in the know” on influencer-related trends across the health, wellness and food industries
- Assist our finance team with budget forecasting and tracking related to the execution of the influencer program
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar influencer marketing role
- Strong knowledge across Mega, Macro and Micro influencers
- Comfortable growing and developing a team of experts
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and budgets
- CPG experience a plus
- Passionate about nutrition
- Tech savvy. Constantly seeking out better software. Able to easily and quickly adapt to different design, collaboration and project management tools.
