Influencer Marketing Manager
About the role
As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our influencer strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc. and managing & growing a team. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, agencies and more, the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing will be a key leader in scaling our influencer marketing efforts that deliver on our business goals.
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Define and plan influencer strategies across all social media platforms.
- Manage and grow an influencer marketing team as needed.
- Lead and oversee execution and optimization of influencer marketing efforts with a focus on marketing at the speed of culture and community.
- Take a culture-driven approach to strategy focusing investments on the most impactful and relevant marketing opportunities.
- Manage and maintain budgets in alignment with marketing leadership and all business stakeholders.
- Partner closely with creative, social, comms, consumer insights, and compliance to create holistic, effective, and compliant initiatives in this ever-changing environment.
- Build and maintain key relationships with leaders across Marketing, Design, Compliance, and Finance teams.
To thrive in this role, you have
- BS/BA in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years managing end-to-end influencer campaigns at an advertising/marketing agency and/or in-house at a tech, consumer finance or innovative, fast-paced consumer brand (B2C is preferred).
- 3+ years management experience.
- Deep understanding of the influencer space with an emphasis on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs, ability to pivot when the data tells you.
- Ability to inspire marketing teams to adopt new talent opportunities.
- Experience working with compliance teams in a regulated industry is a plus
- The ability to think out-of-the-box and inspire teams to adopt new talent opportunities and take on calculated risks.
- A reputation for developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships.
