YOUR ROLE
- The Manager, Social Media will own social and influencer strategy development, governance, and execution that is aligned to our digital strategy and maturity across our Beauty Retail business
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices for Brand Social activities, influencer, and Ratings and Reviews in support of product launches
- Develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand and ultimately increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies
- Implement online marketing strategies and content through social media accounts. Daily management of all Social platforms/channels: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap Chat, etc.
- Accountable for development of social agency scope
- Asset/content creation for social media and digital campaigns for trade and consumer; content calendar management for marketing activations; video asset and website content management
- Influencer management, artist relations, social relations with Media. On-site event support for Social media: Shows, all video shoots etc.
- Platform management of Social Tools, Influencer marketing tools
- Analytic recaps for all social and digital activity
Your Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred, with 5-10+ years of CPG experience within Public Relations, Social Media, Community Management, or a related function
- Ability to research audience preferences and discover current trends.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and consumer call center to ensure brand consistency.
- Create engaging text, image and video content.
- Excellent copywriting skills (Especially humor & empathy).
- Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
