VShred is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Optimization Team. Working and reporting directly to the Director of Optimization, you are responsible for managing and leading various digital marketing strategies and executions within our three in-house brands. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all facets of digital marketing - affiliate marketing, SEO optimization, referral programs, influencer marketing and others. You will be the main point-of-contact for these digital programs; driving each project from start to finish. You will work closely with many internal and external teams to bring these strategies to life and ensure cross- functional teams are aligned. Manage and develop several of our key digital marketing initiatives around affiliate marketing, SEO optimization, referral programming, and others in the near future. Lead our in-house teams, external agency partners, and marketing platforms to drive results in each of these key areas. Work with our Director of Optimization to connect these programs to the overall sales, conversion, and retention metrics of the business Work cross-functionally with team members from Social Media, Email Marketing, Creative Services, and Tech to drive execution at the next level. Constantly be developing our relationship with external partners to ensure we are getting the most out of those partnerships - persistent communication and follow-through at all times. Gather and communicate weekly/monthly reporting on each digital marketing program; as well as bringing new ideas and actionable findings from that data. Plan and coordinate 360 product-launches or promotional campaigns with other marketing stakeholder; bringing these digital aspects into consideration for how to make that strategy bigger and more impactful. Be on the leading edge of new digital marketing strategies and tactics; consistently pushing us to test and try more areas that will unlock additional growth. Manage the Digital Marketing budget, affiliate commission fees, affiliate publisher relationships, agency spends, and return on these investments. Requirements 5+ Years Experience in Digital Marketing for ecommerce brands, sports nutrition, fitness, clothing, or a related CPG field. You probably self-taught yourself everything by trial and error. You aren't afraid to fail and learn from that. If you don't have the answer - you will find it and become the expert. You have some nasty digital tricks up your sleeve and just need the right place to let you go try them. Successfully grown an affiliate marketing program from ground zero to a 8-digit revenue source for a prior business. Experience in leading referral program implementations and marketing strategies to capture more consumers and increase LTV. Experience in utilizing content, metadata, and search trends to optimize and grow organic SEO ranking. Managed and lead external digital marketing companies to maximize speed and return on that relationship.
Successfully grown a YouTube channel from 2M subscribers tomore than 10M in less than 2 years. Strong leadership and communication skills; especially in working remote environment Highly-organized and systematic in your approach; you crack a code once and can repeat all-day at high-velocity. Respond quickly and positively to cross-functional needs from multiple stakeholders across the business; including social media, email, engineering, executives, etc. Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital based businesses in Consumer Goods Self-starter and driven individual who can run a full program with little hand-holding Confidence to pushback on requests to prioritize or ask for the requirements needed Analytical thinker who can find the gold in the data and create actionable plans to seize those new opportunities 360 Thinker that can quickly learn how all the pieces, from affiliate to email to SEO to influencers, come together within our strategies to drive business value
