The Senior Influencer Marketing Manager will lead the Fiverr Influencer team, focusing on planning and executing best-in-class influencer campaigns focused on growing the Fiverr brand and driving measurable growth. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for all influencer related programs across the organization and be responsible for overseeing all facets of global influencer campaign strategy, planning, budgeting and execution. This person must bring a big, creative, and energetic approach to how Fiverr can work with influencers to help Fiverr change how the world works together.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership to Fiverr Influencer Team, including making strategic recommendations to shape the team's capabilities and direction of growth and expansion
- Act as subject matter expert and lead on all Influencer Marketing campaigns across the organization and clearly communicate Influencer Marketing capabilities
- Effectively manage agency relationships to ensure they are driving desired results while staying aligned with our brand
- Oversee execution and campaign management of all Influencer campaigns - including developing influencer briefs, outreach, negotiation, contracting, content creation, posting and reporting
- Responsible for ensuring that all Influencer campaigns launch on time, often against tight timelines, and deliver to meet expectations
- Keep up to date on industry trends and make strategic recommendations to grow Fiverr’s reputation in the Influencer Marketing space
- Analyze Influencer campaign performance to provide valuable insights and improve future campaigns
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts within the influencer space
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in influencer marketing
- Ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to negotiate agreements with influencers and agencies
- Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns
- Experience working with influencer and content management tools
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time against strict deadlines
- Creative thinker with proven experience executing large-scale, innovative campaigns with influencers
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global cross-functional team
