Aligned to Brand and Marketing calendar and priorities, lead the national content planning and creation for the US. Deliver on brand and marketing messages through compelling content and storytelling ensuring all projects are on time, within budget and on brief Think strategically and creatively on how best to utilize our social media channels and those of our brand partners Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology for all content needs including social media and email

Manage local content production and photoshoots Analyze relevant metrics to measure the impact of social media activities and amend strategies based on learnings and patterns Input to campaign recaps and post mortems, identifying and sharing key learnings, analytics, delivery against KPIs and best practice sharing across all markets Maintain an in-depth knowledge on social media trends, industry best practice and social media platform developments and opportunities You are the voice of Gorillas in the US and represent our brand in contact with new and existing customers online (and offline) to build strong relationships with relevant communities Define and build an engaged local community via influencer marketing Requirements Successfully completed a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in social media management, community management and copy writing Proven track record in digital and social strategy, planning and activation Creative, dynamic and comfortable working in fast paced environments Ability to manage the implementation of a strategic campaign within the social media space

Exposure to marketing campaign development and execution

Proven ability to analyze, interpret and translate data into clear strategy In depth understanding of the digital landscape, cultural trends (e.g. in music, food, art, fashion & youth culture) and all social media channels Be highly organized with an ability to prioritize effectively Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Suite (e.g. Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator,..)
