This role will be tasked with developing and executing high-achieving paid media campaigns across various digital platforms (listed below). You will collaborate with colleagues across marketing, customer support and production departments, to hit our daily sales and CAC goals. You must be hands-on, analytical, and capable of delivering profitable results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a proven track record with similar products as the Ready Rocker.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall planning, forecasting, executing, optimizing, and reporting of paid digital media efforts across Facebook/Instagram, Google (Search, Display, etc.), YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and other forms of digital media throughout the consumer journey
  • Drive revenue, achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends
  • Develop messaging to varying audiences and use cases that can benefit from the holistic health benefits of rocking which include, but are not limited to: parents/baby, back pain & posture, arthritis, fibromyalgia, dementia, mental health, sleep, balance, vertigo, autism, ADHD, and many more
  • Configure ad accounts, pixels, and events + tests
  • Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activities
  • Use multi-touch attribution to track touchpoints across the funnel, which will help maximize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers
  • Determine the best media outlet mix for promotional strategies
  • Work with Creative Director and Digital Marketing Coordinator to brainstorm ideas for campaign creative and ad copy to A/B test within the platforms themselves
  • Report and communicate KPI performance (ROAS, order volume, CAC, etc) to CEO on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as needed
  • Allocate and modify budgets for efficient spending
  • Prepare additional promotional projects to support product launches
  • Explore growth opportunities to drive new revenue testing in-store lift campaigns for big box retail partners
  • Ensure a cohesive advertising message and branding across campaigns
  • Ensure critical alignment with new industry guidelines for data usage and ownership
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
  • Build long-term relationships with media influencers to promote our brand
  • Develop and optimize email, SMS, FB Messenger automation workflows (nurturing sequences, cart abandonment, etc)
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to design and implement email campaigns
  • Work with marketing team to analyze website heat maps and click behavior, and make recommendations on how to improve and optimize conversion rate
  • Identify target audience and grow our email list alongside Digital Marketing Coordinator

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Paid Media for ecommerce: we want to hear your prior paid media success stories
  • Comfortable performing in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Ability to work around the clock and under tight deadlines
  • Experience working with Shopify store(s)
  • Success managing in-store lift campaigns for big box retail partners
  • Experience running ads on multiple platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google, Youtube, Pinterest, etc.) at scale and ability to learn additional platforms as needed
  • Experience marketing health and wellness products
  • Understanding of full-funnel campaigns, and ability to analyze and articulate how upper- and mid-funnel tactics contribute to and improve lower-funnel performance
  • Familiarity with Omnisend
  • Demonstrated success developing email marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Demonstrable experience with scalable advertising campaigns
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, etc)
  • Experience with budget planning and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information
