Agency Development Manager
As an Agency Development Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our global agency alliance strategy and managing Traackr’s agency business for the Americas region. This role will focus on expanding our agency partner network while increasing the proficiency of these partners to support the influencer programs of our brand customers. You will be responsible for new business development, management and development of existing relationships and executing channel strategies and initiatives. The Agency Development Manager will work cross functionally to increase awareness and adoption of Traackr across agencies, drive retention and increase advocacy and referrals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
As the manager of our agency business in your region, you are responsible for the full sales cycle as well as overall channel performance. Primarily responsibilities include:
Developing and winning opportunities with target agencies
- Running account-based outbound and nurture programs in collaboration with our marketing organization to support strategic portfolio growth.
- Qualify, sell and pitch Traackr’s platform and value proposition to agency prospects
- Active listening and challenger based solution sales
Managing agency relationship and commercial development
- Primary relationship manager and account manager for agency clients.
- Implement onboarding plans for new clients to ensure they learn, adopt and are successful at the onset with the Traackr product.
- Drive adoption and optimize value proposition for agency partners
- Lead negotiations and management of renewals and upgrades
Managing channel performance:
- Collaborating across sales, marketing, customer success and product teams within Traackr to develop and implement programs and initiatives to optimize value for agency partners and for Traackr business
- Identify and develop channel growth and partnership opportunities
- Performance reporting and analysis including reporting through Salesforce
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in either brand or digital marketing context, working in-house at a brand, representing brands at an agency or at a MarTech/AdTech company
- Experience in or exposure to influencer marketing with Beauty or Personal Care brands is a plus
- 5+ years of experience selling into advertising agencies, SaaS sales experience preferred
- Strong account management; comfortable with negotiating contracts and holding a book of business
- Good analytical skills and the ability to work with data
- Strategic consulting background/approach; you understand how to extract requirements, wants, and needs from your clients and translate it into measurable goals and actions
- Experience working in a more consultative capacity with clients; comfortable running workshops, delivering presentations and holding senior discussions about goals and results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally across multiple geographies. Ability to speak with clients at all levels within the organization.
