To support the ever-changing marketplace and fuel continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and highly energized Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Based in the Miami or Tampa office this newly created position will report to the VP Marketing, Digital Wallets.

This individual will be responsible for leading marketing activities and driving accelerated growth in the U.S. for our digital wallets business. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in digital marketing, demand generation and attribution and delivering results, with experience across both B2C and B2B.


What to expect:

• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan for the Paysafe’s digital wallet brand(s) in the U.S promoting the Skrill prepaid card, crypto and
• Acquire new customers through digital marketing campaigns, content and influencer marketing. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop an outreach strategy leveraging credibility of influencers within key audience and segments to maximise our relevancy, reach and to drive additional organic traffic to our websites.
• Collaborate with the creative team and web teams to improve and optimize the U.S. Skrill website. This includes everything from smooth navigation to enhanced visual appeal. Continuously test and optimize to drive conversions.
• Support the Sales team with marketing assets development.
• Work closely with the account management team to support the U.S. market expansion with strategic marketing programs in partnership with merchants.
• Manage and deploy program budgets to drive scale from our highest ROI channels.
• Measure full customer journey conversion and analyse customer insight metrics to adapt tactics.
• Present marketing strategy and performance to the senior executive team.


To be successful you need to have:

• Degree in Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience in digital marketing
• Experience in developing and running CRM programs. Familiarity with Oracle Responsys is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching products
• Highly analytical, with an open “test and learn” mindset
• Highly customer-centric, with experience working on B2C and B2B offerings
• Able to operate in dynamic environments, rapidly adapting to shifting priorities
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and project management experience, collaborating across Product, Design, Sales, Account Management, Analytics, and functional teams.
