POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow the Stylinity sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is solutions-oriented, thrives under pressure, enjoys fast-paced work and is motivated by success.

Stylinity Go2Buy is an influencer marketing platform that enables brands and retailers to run successful campaigns with top bloggers and social media influencers. Work with us to unlock the power of native content marketing with easy-to-use tools that help create, share, track and analyze shoppable content across marketing touchpoints.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Build and develop sales pipelines to support target revenue goal
- Manage and uncover opportunities from outbound leads
- Research companies and approach potential clients via a targeted selling strategy
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
- Ability to write sales pitches to attract new business
- Lead qualifying prospects efficiently via email, phone, linkedin, etc.
- Build positive relationships with clients and potential clients

QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S. or a B.A. college degree with 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation (experience in affiliate marketing, media sales or SaaS preferred!
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Experience in building relationships with brands and agency experience in identifying qualified leads
- Self starter with the tenacity to take charge and be ready to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed
- Communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics - you are able to break complex concepts down into simple terms people can understand
- Excited to build a long-term sales career
SALARY & BENEFITS
- This is a full-time position with the opportunity to convert from contract to permanent
- Base salary + 5% to 10% Commission
- Salary commensurate with experience
