Pomelo is on a mission to make healthcare easier and more accessible for all through our intuitive software solutions. To help us accomplish this, we are looking to bring a passionate and forward-looking consumer advocate on board, who will lead the way for our Marketing function in growing our brand’s reach in new and existing markets.

As our VP of Marketing, you will oversee all strategic & operational aspects of the brand’s marketing campaigns, whilst bringing leadership and cohesion to our existing teams. Your ability to design profitable, scalable and innovative multi-channel marketing strategies will have a direct impact on the brand’s growth in target markets.

In this role, you will:

  • Pioneer and implement measurable strategies that profitably increase revenue and grow the Pomelo brand.
  • Plan and execute performing and coordinated launches for diverse product lines, both existing and new.
  • Develop channel, segmentation and market strategies to enable targeted marketing.
  • Continue to strengthen the brand’s unique and compelling image, personality and voice.
  • Build relevance among target audiences, maintain and improve the reputation of the company and its stakeholders.
  • Mobilize the execution of the team to deliver high ROI results with speed and efficiency.
  • Establish a best-in-class social, digital and web presence that drives consumer awareness, engagement, affinity and purchase.
  • Empower and motivate consumers to grow the brand, achieve short and long-term marketing goals while maintaining stability of email and social media reputation.
  • Work cross-functionally with different departments to make sure all marketing promotions can be and are delivered with a high level of quality exceeding customer expectations;

Who you are:

  • Established Executive with experience driving profitable marketing strategies in digital B2B and B2C environments within the healthcare space.
  • Established brand leader and strategist.
  • Experienced thought leader in driving significant revenue and profit with lesser resources.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing strategy development & execution for new and existing brands, with an ability to plan effective promotions.
  • Expert in copywriting components of marketing promotions and their impact on success.
  • Expert knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook and Google Adwords, etc.).
  • Expert knowledge of social media strategy and influencer marketing.
  • Deeply skilled in marketing campaign development, execution and leveraging data and analytics (CPC, CTR, open rate, CPL, CPA, EPC, etc.) to improve results and increase ROI.
  • Proven track record of aligning the organization and owners around the brand and marketing strategy, while building a symbiotic partnership with sales and distribution partners.
  • Entrepreneurial, agile and creative.
  • Focused on leadership by example, a bias for results and execution, and the humility and confidence to put team success ahead of self.
