Together, we will build the next level of creativity, technology, and innovation in influencer marketing across YouTube, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.

What you will do:

The ION Account Executive position requires the ability to manage, and begin to lead, the agency’s day-to-day relationship with key client contacts on one of our largest, global technology influencer AOR accounts:

  • Earn and keep each clients’ respect and confidence as a trusted advisor bringing value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, each clients’ business – their key issues, competitive situation and industry trends
  • Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day influencer expert of the agency team
  • Effectively balance the multi-faceted expectations of your clients, influencers, and the agency
  • Manage fully integrated, high volume influencer campaigns from initial client briefing through final delivery
  • Anticipate potential relationship or expectation issues, advising the Associate Director in time for the agency to act proactively
  • Assist the Associate Director with the development of an annual Client Development Plan
  • Encourage and demonstrate unity behind team and agency decision-making
  • Effectively incorporate senior leadership cross functionally as well as other departments as project objectives or issues warrant
  • Work nimbly with an entrepreneurial spirit, providing leadership and support to the team as needed

What you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years of agency experience
  • Client experience working on gaming, tech or entertainment verticals a must
  • An understanding of the role that influencer, strategy and paid media plays in a client’s communication mix
  • A demonstrated track record of leading accounts and developing large scale, always on influencer programs
  • Solution-oriented thinker and problem-solver
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail and time management skills. The ability to juggle multiple workstreams at once.
  • Experience managing budgets and interdisciplinary account teams, and vendors on large, high-volume pieces of business
  • Superior communication skills and an ability to counsel clients’ top executive management on campaign needs
  • Professional experience with content on multiple platforms including but not limited to, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Must be able to work PST hours
