About this role...
As a result of our incredible success, we are looking for an experienced PR and Influencer Manager to join our rapidly expanding London team. This is a brand new role, reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand where you will be responsible for scaling our influencer strategy for the US Market to make it a real and profitable source of acquisition. This role can be based out of either Miami or New York.
Below are just some of the exciting things you’ll be involved with…
- Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns; including: framing the campaign strategy, curating talent, negotiating rates, managing contract development, influencer relations and reporting.
- Own and actively source, evaluate, pitch, and negotiate partnerships with influencers.
- Drive relationships with content creators & managers across key social channels including Instagram/Facebook, TikTok & YouTube.
- Continuously engage with existing group of influencers to drive promotion frequency.
- Serve as seamless liaison between our unpaid and paid influencer campaigns and affiliate program.
- Identify and collaborate with content creators and influencers to develop brand content.
- Develop strategy for scaling our influencer search.
- Conceptualize new ideas for company branding, influencer morale, PR packages.
- Evaluate social media and design trends, staying current with the latest branding techniques.
- Generate new content ideas while considering industry trends, product inventory levels, and upcoming product launches.
- Actively monitor performance and provide updates on key social/marketing metrics.
- Maintain monthly Influencer budget.
- Analyze and assess campaigns to provide valuable insights and optimizations.
We’d really like to hear from you if you have…
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a director to consumer brand / retail environment.
- Experience onboarding influencers at large scale.
- Understanding the big pictures of the marketing campaigns and source relevant influencers to have an impact (type, numbers etc..)
- A super organised and meticulous planner.
- Preparing the brief to influencers to make sure we are getting the perfect content and perfect communication.
- The ability to identify influencers that are aligned with our brand from a style, content point of view but also audience and relevance.
- A social native who stays ahead of social media trends, capabilities and platforms
- Remain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure.
- The confidence to make bold choices that are aligned with our brand and the vision. Be comfortable pitching your ideas to the founders and fight for them.
