- Conduct day day-to -day social media activities, such as, but not limited to:
- Assist with daily community management across all social channels including responding to comments, direct messages, and UGC tags
- Schedule static content on a weekly basis using Sprout Social
- Maintain social media/influencer trackers with up up-to -date data and metrics
- Content creation ( i.e. mock up Instagram Stories, draft social copy, etc.)
- Proactively assist with community building and management
- Identify and vet potential influencer partners (earned and paid)
- Coordinate and execute product send send-outs for editors, influencer mailers, PR agency, and ad ad-hoc requests and follow-through with tracking
- Research and present pop culture trends and channel opportunities
- Pinpoint strong giveaway partners for cross cross-promotional opportunities for all brands
