IAA is looking for a focused, creative social media manager to work within our Buyer Marketing team. You’ll work closely with the Senior Director and key internal stakeholders to turn strategy and solutions into a lively community on social media.

This Would Include

  • The Social Media Manager is responsible for the creation, monitoring and reporting of organic social media strategies as it relates to our buyer communities across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • You focus on setting the strategy for achieving brand awareness and community engagement with our buyer base for all social media platforms, incorporating best-practices, real-time analytics and emerging trends
  • You’re comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to manage content creation and deployment of messaging on social media in order to meet requirements of the audience and goals of integrated campaigns
  • You find proactive ways to engage with our buyer base on social media, including monitoring comments, amplifying praise and troubleshooting issues
  • You have experience managing social media influencer relationships, and measuring their effectiveness
  • You’re comfortable with analyzing performance, reporting to executives, and recommending enhancements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years experience in digital/social marketing
  • Expertise working with Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience working with social media reporting tools
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • High level of organization and project management
  • Ability to self-manage, multi-task and handle a large volume of work
