Position Overview:
Agency 5, the internal agency of 5-hour ENERGY®, is looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our talented team. Ideal candidates will have two years of relevant experience, strong initiative with a self-starter attitude, and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks. This role will work closely with the Social Media Manager to execute campaigns and coordinate online marketing activities to reach, inspire, and engage target consumers. Using analytical tools, the role will be responsible for delivering insight and ideas to help test and optimize messaging.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Schedule and post content across various social media channels
- Monitor and respond to online engagement from followers and customers
- Assist in planning and managing Social Media Influencer programs
- Assist with digital content creation and copywriting
- Monitor analytics on social media reach, engagement, and growth; provide recommendations based on data
- Identify relevant online trends which can be tied into brand content
- Work with the Creative and Media Buying teams to deploy digital marketing campaigns
- Work with Affiliate Marketing team to respond, monitor and repost influencer content
- Collaborate with the Customer Service group in responding to comments and messages as necessary
- Monitor and engage with communities on respective social channels and report on social performance
- Assist with coordinating social media assets
- Other projects as needed
Profile Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience
- Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms
- Bachelors in Marketing or Communications preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Some knowledge of photo and video editing/production
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
