As an analyst on the Strategy team, you will serve as an arbiter of our proprietary influencer marketing software solution, ƒ(iQ), to drive adoption, retention, and growth of the platform.

This role requires diligence, strong attention to detail, an emphasis on proactivity, a developed instinct for collaboration, and some technical acumen. You will work in partnership with UEG’s strategists, account teams, and talent teams, to manage and troubleshoot ƒ(iQ) and measure influencer and social-driven campaigns for clients. At the same time, you will coordinate with cross-functional account teams to ensure a successful transition from campaign deployment through on-going campaign management and reporting.

The ideal candidate is hands-on and results-oriented, with strong cross-communication and problem-solving skills. They will have a forward-thinking mindset, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

Data Compilation and Management

  • Updating and managing ƒ(iQ) roster continuously
  • Audit ƒ(iQ) on a rolling basis for potential upgrade and evolution opportunities Including and not limited to:
  • Compiling data sourced from Influencers with the assistance of the talent and influencer team
  • User experience evaluation
  • Reporting
  • Develop complete understanding of ƒ(iQ) functionality and support teams with troubleshooting and report requests

  • Reporting and Analysis

  • Performance reporting/learnings compilation and evaluation
  • Data visualization
  • Performance benchmark updates
  • Insight gathering

  • Qualifications

      • at least 2 years of relevant analytics experience in digital marketing, and/or related fields including content, advertising
      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Strong comprehension of current social/digital platforms
      • Basic understanding of marketing analytics
      • Analytics experience within an agency setting
      • Experience with Tableau, Facebook Ad Manager, Crimson Hexagon and other reporting platforms
      • Proven ability to manage projects and expectations—often two or more simultaneously—under extremely tight timelines
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      • A natural curiosity and the ability to synthesize data and translate its meaning to others effectively
