We’re looking for a seasoned Integrated Marketing leader to build out and manage the company’s growing IM team. Reporting to the CRO, we are looking for a highly motivated, ‘start-up mentality’ leader with a unique skill set that has a history in media planning, is a creative thinker with a proven sales drive, can juggle multiple projects + ideally has an interest (or love!) for gaming / live content.

You’ll focus on building and promoting the StreamElements brand through various creative marketing efforts, hiring and leading your team while ensuring we can reach our intended audiences of gaming-content-creators, advertisers & brands, and investors. This is a leadership/executive role in a rapidly growing company with a unique culture, cultivating radical openness and global communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire & manage a growing team of integrated marketing professionals across multiple markets ensuring the team is properly resourced, structured, and set up for success
  • Ensure information is flowing across and between multiple stakeholders, continuing to develop the process and infrastructure needed for cross-functional communications
  • Lead the pre-sales RFP ideation process, communicating the company’s internal product offering effectively to potential brand partners
  • Leverage your knowledge of video games / live entertainment combined with extensive history with M13-49 brands to help secure brand revenue
  • Build internal and external collateral in support of the Brand Partnerships team, including owning the proposal development process for new business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Marketing / Sales / Media Planning experience working strategically with clients who market to the M13-49 demographic
  • At least 5 years experience leading, managing, and developing a growing integrated marketing team to phenomenal success and incredible results
  • Ability to balance creative strategic thinking with zeroing in on helping the team execute on key initiatives
  • Expertise in digesting and evaluating insights to inform creative strategies and proposals
  • Familiar with influencer / content creator ecosystems such asTwitch, YouTube and Facebook
  • Added bonus: experience working with clients or content creators in gaming
