H+M Communications is looking for a Account Executive to support our Influencer Relations & Marketing team. You will support a number of clients in the tech, entertainment, and consumer industries, focusing in U.S. Hispanic.

This is a role for a smart, creative, and motivated candidate to take on an important position within a small but dynamic team of communications professionals.

Responsibilities:

The Account Executive will effectively execute influencer and social marketing campaigns across the agency’s client roster (including earned and paid influencer outreach).

  • Work closely and collaboratively across all account teams to champion social-first ideas and execute integrated activations and strategies
  • Manage paid and earned influencer programs; develop and execute strategies for influencer/social campaigns (from scratch to finish)
  • Support the team with celebrity partnerships and activations
  • Create influencer materials including creative briefs, itineraries, pitches/outreach letters, confirmation emails, influencer one-pagers, and social media copy
  • Create analytics’ summary reports for clients
  • Establish KPIs and standardize reporting for influencer programs across the team
  • Own and oversee budget related to influencer activities
  • Manage campaign workflow and timelines
  • Mentor 1-2 junior team members at a time
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving algorithms, best practices, social media trends, design tools.
  • Monitor social media feeds of competitors and influencers to gauge trends and inspiration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or English; are a recent college graduate
  • 4 years of Influencer Marketing or PR experience
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Strong understanding of the multicultural and U.S. Hispanic marketing space
  • Experience in executing influencer marketing campaigns and celebrity partnerships
  • Experience in social platform analytics and measurement tools
  • Experience with the following platforms: Canva, HootSuite, CreatorIQ, Celebrity Intelligence
  • Passion for social media, creators, and content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Positive, ‘can do’ attitude; no job is too big or too small
  • Critical thinker, assertive, takes initiative
  • Ability to work and collaborate as part of a small, fast-paced team
