As an Influencer Marketing Manager at StyleSeat you will be the channel and strategy owner for how StyleSeat works with influencers. You will work with influencers, as well as our Pros to create authentic and beautiful content that supports StyleSeat and our Community. You will own relationships and be a strategic thinker for leveraging different partner channels, and be open to running experiments across the influencer marketing program. You will use your creativity to develop effective techniques that unlock growth in new ways, as well as develop resource and budget plans to meet the goals of our growing marketplace. About the Role:

StyleSeat is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with hands-on proven partner development skills to help build StyleSeat's influencer marketing program. You'll be deeply involved in driving decision-making across all aspects of influencer marketing to articulate the company's purpose and mission, as well as engage with diverse audiences on our communication channels.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Content & Communications, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to create content that increases brand awareness, celebrates our Pros, and engages with existing and new clients. You'll need to have your fingers on the pulse of social media influencer trends, as well as what's happening in the beauty and wellness industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of our influencer marketing channel, developing comprehensive strategies that address micro- and macro-influencers on social media, our Pros, brand partners, celebrities, and others.
  • Execute on influencer strategies, running campaigns in-house at times and leveraging third-party vendors at other times, when applicable.
  • Develop influencer plans to support our larger multi-channel launches using a high degree of creativity and relevance, and based on a clear point of view supported by the data.
  • Take a discerning and visionary approach to influencer fit evaluation, campaign briefing/direction, and content review/approval.
  • Actively nurture relationships and manage contractual obligations with influencers, influential class instructors, and vendors.
  • Consistently research and experiment with the latest in influencer marketing tools and trends.
  • Pitch creative concepts based on knowledge of social trends and pop culture, and identify real-time content opportunities.
  • Advocate for the influencer channel by regularly reporting results and interpreting data to make adjustments to documented strategy and plans.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align on content calendar plans, and make requests for influencer content engagement.
  • Work closely with our Growth team to execute performance and growth-centric influencer tactics and test new approaches and ideas to optimize conversion and other key performance metrics
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from idea to test and scale across existing and new channels.
  • Deeply understand and quickly react to changes in performance and share learnings and results with teams.
  • Develop a strategic influencer marketing plan with measurable impact.
  • Analyze KPIs on an ongoing basis to drive optimization and ensure campaigns are maximizing performance and hitting goals.
  • Create a rigorous A/B testing and optimization process, leveraging creative, messaging, landing pages, audience targeting, etc. across all channels.
  • Leverage different attribution models to better understand the channels driving value at different points of the journey.
  • Develop and pioneer recommendations of new tactics and strategies to test through our organic and paid digital media efforts.

What You Can Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing/performance for a brand or company
  • 3+ years of experience in developing, managing, and executing campaigns across organic and paid digital and offline channels
  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms related to the selection and evaluation of the best influencers to achieve campaign goals
  • Experience with influencer contracts, costs and negotiating influencer partnerships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to nurture and maintain positive and reliable connections
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for data analysis and reporting with the ability to develop insights and trends in a concise manner
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports, including ROI and performance metrics
  • Strong organizational, follow-through, and time-management skills
  • Avid user of social media platforms, including new and existing features
  • Growth mindset with a bias for action and obsession with performance optimization
  • Positive mental attitude and excitement towards working on highly-collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Prefers being agile and challenged in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate storytelling with excellent grammar and style skills

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with B2C organizations and/or Marketplaces
  • Experience launching and scaling influencer marketing programs from the ground up
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
