Image Skincare is seeking a charismatic individual who will champion the storytelling of our brand in order to drive the next stage of our growth journey on social media. This individual will design and implement consumer strategies through Social Media, Influencers & PR to boost cultural engagement and cultivate brand love while also translating these into social commerce. By defining IMAGE Skincare’s owned content strategy you will help shape the voice of the brand globally and increase the size and engagement of our loyal communities and audiences, amplifying advocacy online and driving sales to our .com.
· Supports and executes the global social media strategy across multiple platforms. The individual is responsible for being an expert on social trends & metrics, content creation for social platforms.
· Work with Ecommerce teams to identify growth opportunities both on- and offline, particularly in the realm of content to best bring the brand to life in terms of impact and resonance for our target segments
· Establish and keep track of KPls on all marketing initiatives to measure success of campaigns and strategies
· Growing brand awareness, foster community growth, and ultimately driving positive consumer perception within consumer minds and the skincare industry
· Obsessed with building epic campaigns, honing in on brand marketing and identity, building strong organic social strategy and partnering very closely with teams on all facets of influencer marketing
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the brand’s global social media presence, with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and drive to .com
- Brief internal creative team and manage communication for global brand content and campaign assets ensuring cross-functional feedback that aligns with overarching strategy for key launches
- Work in partnership with 360/Go-To-Market strategy teams to execute fully loaded-launch campaigns including ideation, launch, monitoring, and analysis.
- Develop consumer segmentation strategies for each campaign that drive overall brand objectives, qualified traffic to brand site and retailer com, and accelerate new customer acquisition by double digits
- Manage influencer activations from outreach to negotiation to agreement execution
- Assist in both daily requests and large volume sendouts for media and influencers
- Work hands-on with PR agency and influencer monitoring and measurement tools to measure results of activations, return on spend and justify new marketing actions
Must Have/Be
- BA/BS degree with 8 years + of related experience
- Deeply knowledgeable about social media marketing and beauty/skincare.
- The manager will have experience running best-in-class social media campaigns, understand the rapidly changing social media landscape, and will have a vision for success in a very competitive market.
- Attention to details. Every social post is an official statement from the brand. Our winning candidate will have a deep understanding of the business context and will make intelligent decisions that benefit the long-term value of our products and brand.
- The candidate will also represent the social team in conversations with other departments, working closely with Marketing, PR, Product, Creative, Education, and Customer Service groups.
- The manager will exhibit quick thinking, great calm, excellent taste, and a good sense of humor.
- The successful manager will be someone who loves skincare and can speak naturally about the beauty business while understanding how to connect with our audience in noteworthy and innovative ways.
