fishbat is looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work directly with our team to execute digital marketing campaigns for our clients that deliver results.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and directing digital marketing efforts for clients (including social media management, digital lead generation, search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization, website development, digital advertising, influencer marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
Managing client relationships, work schedules, and junior account team members.
Collaborating and executing strategic communications campaigns including proactive media relations, digital, content marketing, and experiential communications campaigns with colleagues
Planning, developing, and implementing strategic digital marketing plans, pitch decks, marketing strategies, brand values, and brand messaging
Providing a strategic value-added approach to services and projects based on market research and analysis
Creating & presenting marketing reports, status updates, plans, campaigns, and presentations to clients
Creating, editing, and optimizing highly engaging content such as whitepapers, e-books, social media content, blogs, digital advertising campaigns, etc.
Translating digital metrics to contracted deliverables and business goals.
Using data to pivot strategy and meet client goals and objectives.
Collaborating with team members
Requirements:
5+ years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting
Hubspot experience is strongly desired
Proven success in digital marketing strategy, branding, client management and execution
Able to conduct market research and create plans based on analytical data
Excellent in-person and over-the-phone meeting skills
Ability to work within a team environment
Strong writing ability
A creative mind
Strong organizational skills
Understanding of digital media trends, analytics, and overall campaign evaluation
Direct experience with analytics and reporting
Must be familiar with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Webmaster tools, Facebook Analytics, Facebook Creator Studio, Twitter Analytics, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
Experience setting and managing client timelines and expectations
A strong understanding of branding
Experience working in Agile is a plus!
