Profile
We’re seeking a Senior Brand Manager to help lead Ciroc back into growth. This role is pivotal to shaping brand strategy, development/execution of a brand platform across the marketing mix and leading the strategy and execution of a robust media plan. This person will play a key role within the organization, driving clarity and passion around the Ciroc agenda with internal and external partners while helping to set the course for future growth.

Key Outputs / Deliverables
- Partner with US / global brand leadership in development and execution of ATL / integrated campaigns
- Partner with US brand leadership to deliver annual Marketing Business Plan (MBP), enroll key stakeholders and brief agencies to deliver activity plan
- Lead PR, culture and influencer / partnerships strategy
- Lead media / connections planning in collaboration with central media team
- Lead Integrated Agency Team, fostering an agile, collaborative, and positive team environment
- Drive agenda for quarterly and bi-annual stakeholder business reviews (internal and with Combs team)
Experience
- MBA preferred, undergraduate degree required
- 7+ years marketing experience with track record of creating / implementing brand strategies and campaigns with tangible results
- Consumer goods experience preferred, three-tiered industries or alcohol beverage experience a plus
- US experience preferred
- Highly-skilled and resilient relationship builder and influencer
- Ability to demonstrate consumer insight and achieve creative excellence and effective marketing programs
- Ability to navigate different opinions to drive to alignment
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to enroll and motivate a large, complex sales organization
- Ability to maintain positive outlook amidst challenges and effectively problem-solve and make decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize and drive to action
