Your Challenge: We are looking for a skilled Digital Engagement Manager to join our team and act as the face and voice of our brand while driving engagement across our platform. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, user engagement, and promotional events, we would like to meet you.

The Things That You Will Tackle

  • Bring the user engagement strategy to life throughout the entire user journey
  • Partner with our content and marketing teams to develop engaging text, images, surveys and video content to be shared by respective community leads/”owners”
  • Interacting with users, responding to comments, and sparking conversations in a timely manner
  • Monitor, quantify, and report on feedback, sentiment, and reviews
  • Organize, manage, run, and participate in digital events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Development of strategy and tactics to link external events to the platform to extend the conversation
  • Creation, support, and optimization of our ambassador and influencer programs
  • Analyze content in community postings for alignment with community rules
  • Creation of best practices and playbooks for community and group liaisons to leverage to amplify adoption and engagement within the platform
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Content and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Liaise with Product and Business Development teams to stay updated on new products, features, and user priorities
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • 5+ years proven work experience as a community manager
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • BA degree in Marketing or relevant field
