Apollo Neuro

Director of Growth Marketing

Apollo Neuro
San Francisco, CA, USA ⚠ [Archived] No Longer Accepting Applicants

Apollo Neuroscience is seeking an analytical and innovative Director of Growth Marketing to drive direct to consumer user acquisition. You will lead our performance marketing efforts across paid social, podcast, native, affiliate, and other channels. Our mission at Apollo Neuroscience is to empower people to take control of their mental health and well-being. Apollo Neuro’s debut product, Apollo, is a wearable that helps people manage their stress more effectively. Apollo works by engaging with your sense of touch, using gentle vibrations that stimulate the “rest and digest” parasympathetic nervous response and restore balance to the body.

As the Director of Growth, you’ll be working alongside our Director of Lifecycle Marketing to drive revenue for the company via DTC marketing. Apollo is a new-to-the-world product in an undefined category - and this challenge excites you. You have a strong balance of quantitative skills and creative strategy chops. You’re up to speed on performance marketing trends and best practices but realize the same DTC playbook doesn’t work for every brand. You’re comfortable with storytelling in channels with longer-format creative placements like editorial and podcast. At the same time, you’re highly analytical and have a point of view and hands-on skill set measuring media performance through incrementality testing, LTV analysis, attribution modeling, and mixed media analysis. Conversion rate optimization and lead generation are in your wheelhouse. You have experience developing media plans and budgets based on user acquisition and CAC targets. You’re excited about segmentation and cohort-based analyses to understand our best and worst customers.

This will be a remote role and reports to the VP of Marketing. Apollo Neuroscience is based in Pittsburgh, PA and the Bay Area with employees located across the US.
