As a vital part of our growing eCommerce team, this role requires a dedicated employee who is a creative thinker, and has a desire to learn and grow as an internet marketer. You will grow as a marketing analyst, showing strengths in analyzing and manipulating large data sets using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Docs), web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.), and business intelligence software (DataStudio, etc.). You will know the difference between SEM, SEO, CRO and digital marketing – and have a desire to grow skills in one or more of these areas.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

1. Assist the Sr. Manager of Strategy with implementation of Le Creuset Regional digital marketing initiatives:

  • Prepare monthly reports for the eCommerce business.
  • Analyze eCommerce store performance, providing insights and suggested improvements
  • Owing and maintaining the configurations of the monthly promotions within our eCommerce platform, Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • You will become very familiar with Google DataStudio, MS Powerpoint, and other presentation and BI tools.

2. Monitor, track, and report brand performance across PPC channels

  • Create monthly reports of our brand presence across all major search engines, and distribute to our sales team
  • Develop learnings of our PPC monitoring and suggest improvements
  • You will gain experience with all major ad platforms, as well as third party tools to evaluate marketing performance.

3. Become our go-to in-house SEO expert all websites in the Region

  • Develop base learnings of SEO
  • Understand the difference between Product Schema, Data Layer, Event Tagging
  • Use Google Search Console and similar tools to uncover errors that need to be addressed in an effort to achieve a properly SEO-optimized experience.
  • Will gain a strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO third party tools.

4. Aid in partnership analysis and management of third party vendors

  • Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager of Strategy, you’ll help maintain relationships with our marketing vendors.
  • Listening in on calls, learn the cadence of development, and track action items through to completion.
  • Trades include: Search Engine Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing and Partnerships, Email list management, Strategy, and Messaging (Chatbots, Web Chat, SMS, Messenger)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2-3 years of experience with digital marketing (affiliate, paid search, SEO, conversion rate optimization) OR, successful certification in digital marketing or conversion rate optimization OR, bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform products: Analytics, Ads, Optimize, Data Studio, Tag Manager
  • Ability to work with modern software office applications

o Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint

o Google Docs, Sheets, Drive

o Task Management software: Asana, Jira
