We seek a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our burgeoning team to grow our digital channels and take the brand to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, monitor, and manage multiple acquisition channels, including SEM/SEO, Social & Display, and Email with creative development, 3rd party vendor management, and campaign analysis.
  • Own performance metrics from impressions to subscribers and manage a marketing budget.
  • Create and deliver monthly KPI's on marketing programs and campaigns, identifying new acquisition channels and understand which can scale with a positive ROI.
  • Create and deploy potential Affiliate, Influencer, Ambassador, Loyalty, and/or Referral programs.
  • Conduct consumer messaging and copy audit
  • Promotional planning and execution for DTC and sales channels.
  • Create marketing collateral and programs to support Dermatology and Wholesale accounts.
  • Liaise among internal team and marketing partners, including freelance copywriter, PR, graphic designer, community manager, digital agency, and sales.
  • Project manage all marketing areas: assign tasks, procure assets, create deadlines, overseeing a weekly/monthly/annual marketing plan.

Qualifications:

  • ~3-5 years minimum of marketing experience in CPG personal care or beauty.
  • Previous affiliate management and customer retention experience.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.
  • Must thrive in a "startup," fast-paced environment and smaller budgets.
  • Independent mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit in influencing cross-functional teams and managing a high volume of projects successfully.
  • Demonstrated leadership and expertise in marketing, preferably in consumer-packaged goods or beauty.
  • Ability to process ambiguity with the aptitude to exercise sound judgment, be results-oriented, and have strong attention to detail.
  • Combine creative problem solving, consumer insight understanding, and a talent for strategic thinking.
  • Ability to motivate and influence stakeholders across the organization to execute projects/programs.
  • Strong team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and can act with a sense of urgency, intensity, and integrity.
