As Ecommerce Associate Marketing Manager you will lead our paid media programs to drive consumer engagement, acquisition and conversion across all paid digital marketing tactics. You will champion all of our digital media activities focused on reaching our desired consumer target with key brand messages. This role reports to the VP of Ecommerce but you will work closely with the entire Marketing team as well as external agency partners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive brand amplification efforts and build visibility for our Brand campaigns across all touchpoints
- Lead planning and execution for our paid digital media plan across the marketing mix: SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, SMS, Display, Video, Mobile etc.
- Manage external partner relationships such as digital agency, media planning/buying
- Manage the digital paid media budget
- Working with agency partners and other members of the Marketing team to develop and optimize digital content, promotion and media strategies to drive e-commerce sales growth
- Interfaces with communications, shopper marketing, and social teams for concurrence of combined digital marketing calendar
- Apply a test & learn approach to paid media using analytics to guide plan optimization; analyze and report key performance metrics on a monthly/per- campaign basis
- Collaborate with the Marketing peers on development of integrated Marketing campaigns, i.e., Social, Experiential, Influencer and management of brand website/social pages
- Manages naturesbakery.com consumer acquisition and retention campaigns in support of overall business goals
- Responsible for managing day-to-day execution of naturesbakery.com marketing strategy and analyzes KPI data to identify areas of opportunity
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate has an authentic passion for digital media and advertising with experience working in a media/creative agency, and/or consumer packaged goods (premium/healthy/lifestyle products a plus). - 2-3 years of relevant digital media experience: advertising, planning, & buying
- BA/BS in a related field such as Marketing, Business, Communications
- Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience using Google Analytics, running A/B tests and performing audience segmentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and able to get quickly up to speed with business intelligence systems
- Knowledge of HTML, Magento, Slack, Asana, Photoshop and other design or web development tools is beneficial.
