Summary of Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Program Manager who can help us nurture and engage an established community of 300 influencers. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of influencer trends, the current social media landscape and what motivates influencers to engage with a brand. This position will be responsible for leading our influencer strategy, day-to-day communication and management of the community, execution of brand experiences and measurement of program performance. The Influencer Program Manager we are looking for is someone with a positive attitude that can think creatively and act tactically to leverage our influencers as our best brand advocates and content creators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Develop and execute influencer program strategies
o Grow engagement of influencer community by developing meaningful experience that demonstrate the Organic Valley difference
o Manage all micro-influencer relationships, communications, mailers, deliverables, and contracts to serve as the point person between influencers and the brand
o Lead integration of influencer marketing in 360 marketing plans, working cross functionally with Public Relations, Shopper Marketing and Brand Marketing
o Research, identify and foster new relationships with micro-influencers that help meet brand goals
o Manage the influencer program budget efficiently and effectively
o Monitor, track and report performance insights and impact of influencer program on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
o Regularly audit and manage influencer community database to ensure community is both active and brand aligned
o Stay abreast of FTC guidelines and ensure compliance
o Build experiential programs for influencers from concept through execution in conjunction with the Events Marketing Team
o Manage and optimize a system to distribute influencer content cross functionally with the Integrated Marketing Team
o Create and distribute influencer briefs for internal stakeholders, influencers and agency partners as needed

Additional Duties and Responsibilities
o Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
o Bachelor’s degree required in communications, marketing, or related field
o 3 years’ experience working in communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
o 2-3 years relevant experience in an influencer/social capacity
o Effective communicator both verbal and written
o Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
o Comprehensive understanding of all social platforms
o Excellent planning, project management and organizational skills
o Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
o Experience nurturing and evolving a program
o Intune with influencer trends and pop culture
o Strong ability to build relationships, both internal and external
o Must be enthusiastic with a positive attitude
o Ability to work some nights and weekends
o Ability to travel up to 20% of time
