The Sr. Influencer Marketing Account Manager is responsible for delivering impactful influencer communication for North Six clients, working in tandem with the Influencer Marketing Director and larger cross-functional team. The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely detail-oriented with experience in managing large, complex campaigns for high profile brands in industries spanning across fashion, lifestyle, spirits, entertainment, technology, and consumer packaged goods. The SAM will collaborate with Influencer Marketing Director on large strategic accounts from ideation, execution, production to reporting.

SAM will be responsible for two crucial areas of each campaign: client management

and campaign execution/reporting. The candidate will be a part of a high-caliber team in an industry that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. This is a high velocity and fast-paced role requiring industry expertise and a proven ability for planning and managing marketing campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Lead client relations and communications on North Six Influencer projects and campaigns
  • Support all aspects of North Six Influence projects, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional campaign execution.
  • Develop strategic influencer marketing proposals in response to client briefs and objectives
  • Prepare key production deliverables, including campaign briefs, activation plans, and campaign schedules
  • Lead & oversee team to manage influencer search, recruitment, negotiation and participation
  • Oversee the schedule, documentation and communication of influencer payments for specific projects
  • Prepare Scope of Work (contracts) and work with Finance & Business Affairs to ensure accurate and timely contracting and payment
  • Develop streamlined processes using creative problem-solving tactics for unique campaign opportunities

Campaign Tracking & Reporting

  • Set-up campaign tracking and manage content results and analytics, including detailed screening of campaign analytics & daily monitoring of post activity
  • Review influencer content and ensure content creation is following all brand guidelines and legal requirements, working through revisions when necessary
  • Collect and manage any image, text, or video assets. Track and log all content.
  • Identify potential issues (incomplete posts, failure to adhere to requirements, etc.) and proactively resolve as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experiences in influencer marketing, PR or media preferred
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Must have a thorough understanding and interest in marketing on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, Twitch, Tik Tok and more
  • Must be familiar with Influencer management platforms: CreatorIQ, Tagger etc
  • Must have experience working with Keynote/PowerPoint
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Should be excited about social strategy and have a passion for influencer marketing
  • BA or equivalent
