We are currently seeking an experienced Influencer Specialist to join our creative team. This is a full-time permanent position with our agency located in Mishawaka, IN and is 100% remote eligible. An Influencer Specialist at Pathfinders is responsible for developing and growing brand relationships with social influencers as well as strategizing and executing initiatives to drive incremental awareness for our client’s brands across digital & social platforms. From beauty and health to automotive and consumer packaged goods, you’d be helping our clients move their businesses forward.

You should be the kind of professional, who enjoys interpersonal communication and engaging work, as well as possess acute attention to detail. You are a social native, born with a phone in hand and a keen eye for influencer partners. You love working in teams, collaborating with creatives, project managers, account executives, and strategists.

You will work on a variety of clients and platforms and collaborate in an environment where you can bring ideas and solutions to the table, daily.

What You'd Be Doing, In Greater Detail

  • Lead the entire Influencer and Content Creator campaign process for select clients, including developing strategic recommendations, KPI development, contract and pricing negotiations, budget management and creative direction on content produced.
  • Act as key client contact for all Influencer and Content Creator initiatives
  • Present influencer strategies, recommendations, campaign updates and results to clients.
  • Leverage third party platforms and talent manager relationships to identify the right influencers for each campaign
  • Lead the contract negotiation process for all influencer and creator campaigns, ensuring campaigns are secured at favorable pricing and deliver maximum value for each campaign
  • Manage an Influencer Specialist and mentor other team members who have an interest in Influencer strategy
  • Develop strategic tactics to grow brand awareness/advocacy & drive incremental earned media exposure for client’s brands.
  • Identify new influencers to tap into new audiences and build brand affinity.
  • Develop relationships with existing influencer partners for consistent exposure on their channels.
  • Own all communication and deepen relationships with influencers and their managers to serve as the internal point of contact between the influencers and our clients.
  • Own and manage all long-term, ongoing paid content partnerships.
  • Manage social media influencer campaigns that support our business strategies. Create social content briefs, evaluate campaigns, make recommendations, and provide strategic direction to influencers.
  • Appropriately represent our client’s brands and brand values while acting as the liaison for all influencers during activations, trips and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with Social Studio team members to execute strategic social media and influencer campaigns.
  • Analyze influencers content performance across social media to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Be an in-house expert on client’s product lines and services for which we are running influencer campaigns.
  • Lead internal communication on program success and influencer trends in the social space.
  • Collaborate on plan estimates and provide pricing information based on market standards.
  • Manage payment processes

What We’d Like To See

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of managing Influencer campaigns for high-profile, high-volume initiatives required
  • 2+ years of experience in managing other team members is highly desired
  • Personal passion and participation on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience using third party platforms such as Creator IQ and Sprinklr
  • Proficient in social media native reporting metrics, CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suit, and digital presentation materials.
  • Strategic-thinker who can create compelling recommendations that deliver on campaign objectives
  • Ability to think big picture while also being detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively prepare written materials and social media content
  • Experience managing team members
  • Self-motivated and passionate about all things digital and social media
  • Experience managing brand communities simultaneously across various social media and other relevant platforms
  • Ability to receive, digest and implement strategic direction and initiatives
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms
