Job Summary:
eos is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to help lead overall brand strategy and communications that will drive profitable and sustainable growth for the company. This position will help activate the overall innovation agenda across our market. Responsibilities:
- Help strategize and plan full year paid digital and social media campaigns across multiple products lines (lip and body care)
- Set up, execute, and manage paid social campaigns in platforms such as Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Work with brand content team to develop ads for paid media and perform A/B testing to understand what imagery/messaging drives better performance
- Pull reports for live media campaigns and assist in analyzing performance metrics
- Perform competitive analysis of key competitor’s paid media and social campaigns
- Keep a pulse on new media trends and ad technology, including meeting with vendors to learn about new media opportunities
- Meet regularly with product marketing team to align on go-to-market plans for new product launches
- Help plan influencer campaigns and craft strategic briefs, working with agency partners to execute campaign across multiple social channels
- Identify and vet potential influencer partners
- Research pop culture & influencer trends to translate findings into potential opportunities for eos
- Own and maintain influencer database
- Help develop and manage always-on influencer campaigns through platforms like Pixlee & TikTok marketplace
- Perform analytics & reporting of influencer campaigns
- Work with multiple agency partners to execute and manage select paid campaigns and ensure brand consistency across platforms and channels
- Assist in monthly budget management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-4 years’ minimum experience
- Knowledge of the paid media planning and buying landscape (direct paid media experience preferred)
- Experience executing paid social campaigns in Facebook Business Manager
- Understanding of influencer marketing (experience managing influencer campaigns is a plus!)
- Passion for social media and expert in the large social media platforms: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest
- Advanced excel skills, or basic skills with a passion to learn!
- Familiarity with Google ads
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and draw meaningful insights
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative and can-do attitude, ready to work closely with cross-functional partners
- A self-starter that can wear multiple hats and manage multiple projects at once
- Experience in Beauty/CPG a plus
