Summary of Position

The International Integrated Marketing Communications Manager is the key liaison between Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare and social/influencer relations managers in international markets. This position will be the daily contact for all international markets, ensuring all marketing and social/influencer strategies and initiatives are cascaded and properly executed internationally, as well as managing monthly reporting for all international markets. Develop and manage communication campaigns that integrate advertising, public relations, sales promotion, digital and social marketing disciplines to deliver consistent messages across all media. We are looking for someone with globalized Marketing experience who can work across teams to drive alignment and partnership to achieve shared goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops a comprehensive knowledge of the brand’s international presence across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
  • Develops integrated communications and promotional plans designed to drive growth using a balanced “digital first” plans across the full marketing mix, knowing how to combine and prioritize tactics to create maximum impact and ultimate results in target market.
  • Advise global business partners of international methodologies and best practices that drive results, while maintaining flexibility and adapting to their methods.
  • Work closely with the International Marketing Assistant Manager to harmonize traditional & digital marketing strategy and calendar and activations with robust communications plans and tactics to scale global brand awareness and business objectives.
  • Provide proactive, comprehensive project management by establishing and managing timelines and budgets.
  • Have an owner’s mindset over the strategy and success of our International expansion strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams working to scale quickly.
  • Partner with the International Public Relations Manager to execute innovation and evergreen outreach at the local level, and in synergy with 360 marketing & communications strategy.
  • Provide strategic input related to communications materials and messages based on marketing strategies.
  • Use strategic thinking and planning ability to win buy-in and influence.
  • Continuously stay apprised of and analyze global & local trends, competitors' marketing & comms campaigns, beauty content sources, and influencer/creator trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
  • Generate and distribute email campaigns, including development of lists from various sources, and create post-campaign reporting and analytics.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Articulate communications objectives, goals, strategies, messaging and positioning, tactics, timeline, budget, and resources etc. needed to support the marketing objectives as set forth in the strategic marketing plans.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to build & foster relationships between both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, organized, detail-oriented, team player and solution-oriented.
  • Highly engaged in and active on social media and within the influencer space.

· Ability to prioritize, manage numerous projects with multiple deadlines.

Qualifications Required for Position

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications / 5+ years related experience – social media and influencer marketing, global experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing communications “to partners” audience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Proven success working on cross-functional, cross-cultural and virtual teams.
  • Experience creating and delivering marketing communications deliverables.
  • Excellent project management, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent delivery of projects and follow through to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google/Cloud platform.
  • Fluency in one or more foreign language(s) is a plus.

Work Environment

Remote based in the Northeast. Potential 1-2 International travel trips per year.

Ability to travel based on business needs (when travel restrictions due to COVID-19 is relaxed and conditions are favorable).
