The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic seasonal and campaign-specific content plans that meet business goals.
  • Execute marketing initiatives, integrating online, email, social, editorial, paid and direct mail with expertise in how all marketing channels work together.
  • Develop and be accountable for the brand vision, strategy, and results of campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for all channels of content including online, social media, email and video.
  • Develop creative briefs for marketing emails, paid ads, and other marketing deliverables.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer to ensure the timely production of marketing assets, from the initial concept to finished product and execution.
  • Identify, test and scale new marketing ideas that resonate with our customers and our community.
  • Provide key analytical insight into email metrics and share recommendations for performance enhancement to key partners.
  • Focus on increasing customer graduation through initiatives that drive email engagement and lifetime value; leverage existing programs and develop incremental programs.
  • Lead the development of overarching social media strategy and growth objectives across all social channels, while maintaining a fair, balanced level of exposure across all brand objectives, inclusive of product suppliers, partners, influencers, UGC, editorial, etc.
  • Lead team in identifying new opportunities across social media and influencer marketing, always keeping a finger on the pulse of what is going on in the ever changing world of social media.
  • Develop and maintain the calendar of multi-channel content plans to provide cross-functional visibility and ensure content integration by channel and audience segment.
  • Work closely with Creative Director to ensure necessary creative assets are captured.
  • Supervising in-house and freelance producers, writers, editors, and creators, while acting as an arbiter of best practices in content.
  • Manage and develop direct reports with the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks while overseeing daily execution of ongoing programs and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience operating in a hyper-growth/entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong attention to details and timelines
  • Dynamic, able to move quickly with program implementation and maintain focus amid change
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
