WHO ARE WE?

How we bill ourselves: The Brand Amp is an integrated marketing agency with focuses in Public Relations, Social Media, Content Production, Influencer Marketing, Paid Media Management and Event Marketing.

What we are: Creative problem solvers. We've built our agency from a sole competency in Public Relations to being experts in multiple, interconnected fields as a way to solve problems our clients continuously run into. We take pride in being a trusted part of our client's team and that mentality has built long-standing relationships across every major industry.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Another problem solver. One with a passion for Social Media and/or Influencer Marketing

We have an opening on our team for an apprentice who is interested in automotive, moto, fitness, sports and/or tech.

This role can be a steppingstone to becoming a full-time team member You know or want to learn more about social media or influencer marketing and are ready to get your feet wet on and be a part of the team.

Your knowledge of the social media/influencer landscape, your drive to learn and improve and your proactiveness are the most important attributes.

WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED?

• Ability to think with both sides of your brain – you can be analytical AND creative
• Exceptional writing skills (we write a lot of emails)
• A drive to learn and get better every single day
• Mastery of MS Office, etc. (we build a lot of decks)
• Excellent verbal skills (we do a lot of talking)
• Being a problem-solver
• Multi-tasking (is single-tasking a thing?)

• Proficiency using Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
• Proficiency using Mac-based Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word
• Strong understanding of vector graphics and typography
• Familiarity with different file types and their appropriate applications
• Understanding of file resolution, especially how it can affect image quality with re-sizing, variable sizes and shapes
• Ability to follow instructions and operate with minimal supervision
• Strong organization and meticulous attention to detail

Not Required But Nice To Have Skills

• Motion graphics
• Previous experience with video editing
• Basic HTML and CSS
