We're seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager. In this role on the Client Services & Insights team, you will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to execute influencer partnerships for a variety of clients.
Responsibilities:

You will serve as the main point of contact when executing influencer campaigns on behalf of GMG advertisers
- Interpret brand briefs to ensure that all influencer activations deliver against key objectives
- Develop and distribute influencer briefs to guide content creation
- Own all aspects of influencer contracting for brand campaigns, including talent sourcing, outreach, negotiation and signing of influencers
- Manage influencer content creation process, ensuring all deliverables are met and that content is approved & posted in an efficient manner
- Work with internal Account Management team to communicate campaign updates to clients

As needed, assist with influencer campaign strategy:
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of influencer strategies, helping to build campaigns that meet brand objectives
- Identify key influencer partners for a variety of brands across multiple categories (fashion, home, beauty, tech, etc…)
- Overall, you are a GMG expert in the Influencer Marketing space
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts within the influencer space
- Analyze Influencer campaign performance to provide valuable insights to clients, as well as to maintain internal benchmarks
- Stay informed of platform updates, specifically across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter
- Maintain an understanding of influencer marketing landscape, staying on top of trends and implementing changes as needed
- Communicate learnings to key stakeholders internally at GMG
Qualifications and Expectations:
- You have 1+ years experience in social media influencer strategy and execution and truly know the influencer space
- Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic campaigns
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns
- Proven ability to negotiate legal contracts with influencers
- Experience working with influencer and content management tools
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time against strict deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
